Dalynn brings her warm and caring self to everything she deals with at Life Directions, LLC. In addition, she brings over 8 years of medical and mental health office management expertise to Life Directions, LLC. She handle the day to day work of running the Hagerstown office from interacting with patients, clinicians, doctors, and ensure all insurance and billing need are met. She is a crucial member of our Executive Management Team in Hagerstown.
Jamie brings a natural understanding and a wealth of expertise in the field of education and human behavior. She has been an intergal part of our Executive Management Team in Frederick, and also handles the day to day work of running the Corporate office. As an additional right hand to the Clinical Director, she is the point person for all patients, clinicians and doctors. She holds the bar for customer service and positive patient interactions.

Lynne Penn, MSW, LCSW-C, EACS, EMI
National Clinical Program Director
Founder and Director Life Directions, LLC. In addition to provided specialized theraputic treatment interventions, she is also the program development director for all national, regional, and local services. She is a licensed clinical social worker by training and she has consulted with both private and public sector organizations to maximize employee and workplace potential. She has based the foundation of Life Directions on the clients' strengths and what they bring to their growth process. Lynne also holds certifications as an Employee Assistance Coaching Specialist and Eye Movement Integration trauma therapist. In addition, she has extensive experience in treating anxiety, depression, post-partum depression, occupational trauma, past personal trauma, grief, loss, and all types of life transition. Lynne's focus on building programs to meet the needs of clients, professional colleagues, and the community allows Life Directions, LLC to have established relationships with many organizations in the Maryland and DC area who have the same vision.

Ted Higson, CFO/Contract Management Director
Ted is a very active part of our Life Directions, LLC Executive Management team. He is know for his expertise at performing in depth analysis of financial performance resulting in cost reduction, increased efficiency and profitability. Ted’s unique focus on cost structures as per basic units of sale, coupled with a strong focus on macro- and micro-economic trends allows clients to properly prepare for market contractions and expansions.
