- How do I know if I really need counseling?
If you've considered counseling and are researching counselors, you may benefit from an initial evaluation. Please feel free to contact us if you have additional questions regarding counseling options.
- If I have an appointment but cannot find childcare, may I bring my children to the office?
We do not offer childcare. If your child is 12 years of age or older, they are welcome to wait while you are in session. However, if they become disruptive, you will be asked to make alternate arrangements.
- Do you offer evening or weekend appointments?
Yes. Life Directions, LLC understands that life's daily demands make it necessary to have flexibility in scheduling. We offer evening appointments as well as weekend appointments to better accomodate your busy life.
- I have insurance. How can I find out what my benefits are?
As a complimentary service, Life Directions, LLC has a contract with a medical billing specialist. Our specialist will contact your insurance company to determine benefits. As a courtesy, we will bill your insurance company directly, you will be responsible for any deductibles or co-pays. Please provide us with the information requested on the "Schedule An Appointment" tab on our website or phone us with your insurance information.
- What if I don't have insurance or an EAP?
If you elect to self-pay for your appointments, we have a fee schedule of $125 for the initial session and $100 for follow-up sessions.

- What if I need medication?
We can refer you to a medical doctor to be evaluated for appropriate medications. We work collaboratively with many medical doctors within our community.
- What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, debit cards, checks or cash.
