Shifting Paradigms: Welcome to the World of EAP's

This course is designed to train and educate Master's Level counselors' on how to shift from TRADITIONAL MANAGED CARE COUNSELING to working with EAP clients.
You will learn how to utilize a new skill set that will enable you to service additional types of corporate clients. This will give you the opportunity to diversify the payer mix in your practice and at the same time enable you to provide excellent service to corporate clients.

1. The difference between managed care counseling and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) counseling.
2. About requirements and documentation needed to provide services to EAP companies and organizations.
3. Each counselor will be able to utilize a new skill set that will enable you to service additional types of corporate clients via EAP.
4. This EAP certification will give you the opportunity to diversify the payer mix in your practice.
5. Upon completion of this program you will be able to provide EAP service to corporate clients.
